Please note that any deposits paid for stalls are non-refundable.
Any refund given in exceptional circumstances is at the discretion of the committee - we are a self-funded event which is organised by volunteers. Any profit made by the carnival is allocated to the following carnival year or donated to a local charity or project/cause to benefit Martham Village .
Stalls at Martham Carnival
We endeavor to fill The Green with a varied range of stalls and activities every year to suit the needs of all types of visitor.
There are categories of stalls, Activity, Non-catering, Craft, Charity & Catering stalls which are priced in bands accordingly.
The general pitch size is 3x3m but many of our stall holders require larger pitches which are available.
On application we will confirm the rate dependent on the number of days you are attending, your category & size of pitch.
On the day, it is not possible to change the size or location of your pitch. The Green has to be marked out precisely prior to the event to ensure all stallholders have their requested pitch size and any special requirements. If you have attended before every pitch is normally filled and we have very little room for maneouvre.
If you do have any any special requirements please make this known when you are booking your pitch and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
