Non catering stalls

Pitch fees are for a single 3m x 3m pitch which includes a space for 1 vehicle behind your stall.

(Any other vehicles must be parked safely elsewhere after unloading).

If you require a larger pitch:

You can request an additional 1m frontage (i.e. 1m by 3 m depth) for an extra fee detailed below.

• Your stall cannot not exceed the 3m depth.

• Please note that your stall should be set up by 9.30am and excess vehicles removed by this time.

• If you do not intend to remain open on the Saturday evening you should remain set up until at least 4pm when you will be able to bring any excess vehicles back onto the green for loading.

• On Sunday please remain set up until 5pm, excess vehicles will not be allowed onto the green until this time.

• If you are unable to comply with any of the above please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate you.
